By using TESSMA you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms are governed by UAE law.
A booking constitutes a direct contract between you and the hotel. TESSMA acts as an intermediary booking platform, not a travel agent. The hotel is responsible for providing the booked accommodation.
All payments are in AED or the currency displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorise the charge.
Cancellation policies are set by each individual hotel and are displayed before booking. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days per UAE Consumer Protection Law.
TESSMA is a booking platform. We display hotel information provided by hotels or third-party data partners and are not responsible for inaccuracies in hotel-provided content.
You may not use the platform to make fraudulent bookings, scrape data, reverse-engineer systems, or violate any applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, TESSMA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable UAE courts.
